These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MCPLambda’s platform, dashboard, and APIs (“Services”). By using MCPLambda, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
MCPLambda provides a PaaS for:
- Deploying MCP servers
- Scaling workloads
- Managing logs, environments, and compute resources
- Accessing deployment metrics and analytics
We may update or modify the Services at any time.
2. Account Registration
You must:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Notify us of unauthorised access
You are responsible for actions taken under your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
- Deploy malicious or abusive workloads
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Launch DDoS, crypto-mining, or high-abuse workloads
- Interfere with platform stability or other users’ deployments
Violation may result in account suspension.
4. Customer Content & Ownership
You own all:
- MCP servers you deploy
- Code, configurations, and metadata
- Logs and generated data within your environment
We do not claim ownership.
You grant MCPLambda permission to process your workloads solely to provide the service.
5. Pricing, Billing, & Resource Usage
Pricing is based on your selected plan and compute usage.
Auto-scaling may create additional resource costs.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
Free-tier users may experience feature or quota limits.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with notice.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime
- Error-free service
- Unlimited compute resources
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Payments fail or remain overdue
- Your usage threatens platform stability
You may delete your account anytime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- MCPLambda is not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages
- Maximum liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the past 3 months
Use the service at your own risk.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify MCPLambda from claims arising from:
- Your deployments
- Your code or configurations
- Your misuse of the Services
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise required.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.
